Aside from his work with Kayak and as a solo-artist, Max sometimes collaborated with other artists. Here are some examples...

Johan Doornenbal: Communion (CD, 2003). Max worked on this together with Johan Slager. Recorded at Johan Slager's studio. Johan Slager played keyboards and additional guitar, Max Werner played clarinet, tenor sax, baritone sax, keyboards, drums and percussion, and provided backing vocals. Produced, engineered and re-arranged by Max and Johan.

Magnum: Wings Of Heaven (CD, 1988). Max sang backing vocals on a great song: "Different Worlds"
